We collect tax for shipments to CA, MA, NC, TX, FL, MN. If your business will be shipping into these states and you are tax exempt your Tax Exempt Resale Certificate must be on file with us PRIOR to placing your order. To submit your Tax Exempt Resale Certificate directly to us follow the instructions below:

1. To attach your tax exempt resale certificate as a pdf file use the below form.
2. Once your pdf file is received and verified, you will receive an email confirmation advising you that your online account is now set up with tax exempt status
3. Complete your online order

If you do not have a pdf file and wish to fax your tax exempt resale certificate:

1. Fax your tax exempt resale certificate to .
2. Email accounting at: AR@Desco.com confirming that your Certificate has been faxed. Include your phone number.
3. When your Certificate has been received and verified, you will receive an email advising you that your online account is now set up.
4. Complete your online order.

If you place an order without the proper Tax Exempt Resale Certificate approved by our Accounting Department, you will be charged tax.
